    I went to the showroom while my car was getting the oil changed. Apparently someone from Service came out looking for me and couldn’t find me. I had taken a new car for a ride. Upon a return, they called and asked if I wanted my filters changed and I said no. Assuming the car wasn’t done I went to the waiting room. It was approaching an hour when I went back to the service desk and he said oh it’s been done. I couldn’t find you. I thought you were going to return back here. A little miscommunication, but it cost me half hour of my time. Other than that all is well.

    I got home and there was burning oil all over my engine block. I had to return to the dealership where they did a redoo on my oil change with a comp free next one. Just a matter of your oil change person not taking pride in their work. I dont mean a small amount of oil. That could have caused an engine fire. Oil change person doesnt like their job..i still upset..you pay more at the dealership..i expect expert service..

    It was a fantastic experience! I called on Wednesday and asked for an appointment to have my oil changed. I explained that I worked until 4, and I was told "no problem, we can get you in tomorrow"! The gentleman at the counter went over everything with me. Where things stood with my breaks and filters, how much longer they should last, and was extremely polite. The guy was outstanding!
