Reese, MI | 2022 Buick EnvisionMay 9, 2023I was under the impression that I was waiting for them to call or contact me for the chip for heated seats, and then decided after it being 6 months since purchase of vehicle that I would contact them and they told me all they had to do was order it and would take 2 to 3 days. But it was a mess my wife’s allergies flared up by the time we got home and she would not get back in the car. The car was full of animal hair and cigarette smoke. My problem with this dealership is communication in all phases of car ownership.
