BAY CITY, MI | 2020 Chevrolet EquinoxJuly 1, 2025I went to the showroom while my car was getting the oil changed. Apparently someone from Service came out looking for me and couldn’t find me. I had taken a new car for a ride. Upon a return, they called and asked if I wanted my filters changed and I said no. Assuming the car wasn’t done I went to the waiting room. It was approaching an hour when I went back to the service desk and he said oh it’s been done. I couldn’t find you. I thought you were going to return back here. A little miscommunication, but it cost me half hour of my time. Other than that all is well.Response from Burt Watson Chevrolet of Reese

REESE, MI | 2012 Chevrolet CruzeJune 27, 2025I got home and there was burning oil all over my engine block. I had to return to the dealership where they did a redoo on my oil change with a comp free next one. Just a matter of your oil change person not taking pride in their work. I dont mean a small amount of oil. That could have caused an engine fire. Oil change person doesnt like their job..i still upset..you pay more at the dealership..i expect expert service..Jim K

I explained that I worked until 4, and I was told "no problem, we can get you in tomorrow"! The gentleman at the counter went over everything with me.
