Service did seem slow this time, took nearly an hour for LOF and tire rotation. Seemed very busy. I did have a prescheduled appointment. Also in general, all staff except for service department appeared "grumpy". No one said hello like it used to be. The receptionist was particularly unfriendly. She did not want to recognize my $20 off email for service. After several minutes of hymning and hawing, she did send me back to service to see if they would accept it. They did. Need to work on customer service please.
