I requested the 60k vehicle maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and check brakes. A year ago I was told I would need brakes, now they say they are fine and can wait another 6 months. I set my appointment through My Chevrolet App. It would seem that service doesn���t pay attention to these appointments. I don���t even know if the maintenance check was completed. I stopped going to a different dealership for the same reasons. Work wasn���t being performed. On the plus side, even though I requested a courtesy car, I was driven home and picked up. My appointment time was 11am and car was ready at 4pm.
