Electrical problem. Found to be batteries had low voltage. Quickly taken care of. Everyone very helpful and friendly. I would like to note one issue that has happened on multiple visits. Each time I get my vehicle back it has strong exhaust smell In the interior that takes days to dissipate. Building must not be well ventilated.

I had to find my own vehicle with exactly what i was looking for for the MSRP that i needed for my payments. They told me a number and i said yes get it. The vehicle was in demo mode so they couldnt get that one. They found another one. I said ok, assuming it was for the same monthly payments. When i got to the dealership that is when they told me it would be more money per month than what was quoted on the other one they couldnt get. I told them my bottom number and they could not do it. I asked for half my refund on my truck payment i had already made for the month, and they couldnt do it. I asked for lifetime free oil changes, they couldnt do it. I needed a newer bigger vehicle so i felt pressures into paying more per month than what i wanted to. So i can not say i was overly happy with this experience. Not sure i will go back or not.

I’ve always liked this dealership when it was Keyser and now Burt Watson. The service department did an awesome job. My favorite salesperson Sally said hello and checked on something for me. Very positive experience.
