They are pretty friendly. I was just disappointed that my part cost a thousand dollars. He told me over the phone that it would be a little over a hundred, but would need to double check. I was not prepared to pay an additional $900 so couldn't get the repair done.
In an era of covid-19, no one was wearing a mask. There was no social distancing. I've been to other car dealerships where proper covid protocol was being followed. I'll go to a dealership where I feel safe and comfortable. I don't need macho and ignorance but safety.
First of all, Burt Watson sent this to the wrong person. Secondly, I leased vehicles from them for years and my last lease the sales person WOULD NOT even return my call! I leased my vehicle from Graff in Bay City and have great service! Would NEVER go back to Burt Watson!
