Excellent service Dept that kept me updated as I waited. Tanner was extremely polite and knowledgeable in his explanation of repair to my 2020 Buick Encore GX. My salesperson, Sally Loomas, was also instrumental in this appointment. Not only was she helpful when selling me this vehicle, she is always there to respond to any questions I may have about it. Having met Grant in the social surroundings a few days before I went to Reese and discuss my situation with him, it was pretty much a done deal before I ever walked into the dealership. It was just a matter of finding the right car. Was treated courtesy and professionally by every one I met and there was no pressure at all.
It was the best experience ever until I was in Birch run realizing they forgot to check the air in the tires post rotation. 101 when rotating. ����. It was my only day off before a road trip to PA .. so I had to drive back & time was valuable that day. Again, they were all very kind and apologetic!!
Service was timely and greater on arrival. I was very disappointed by the lack of distancing and masking of all the staff inside the building. Staff moving about the building interacting with each other and patrons without masking. To me it showed lack of consideration for patrons and their health and safety. Could truly sway a decision to not come back
