When I made the appointment I verified a special they were running. When my bill came up, the discount wasn't applied. They did take care of it after I pointed it out and showed the message I had saved. That took extra time. If a special is offered it shouldn't be up to the customer to make sure it's applied.

I would like to respond to GM directly -- in the past three years I owned 2007 Rendevu - 2007 Avalanche - 2006 Chevy minivan - and all three of them the transmission just went out! I also now have a 2007 Traverse and the transmission is starting to slip just like the rest of my GM-Chevy cars -- if I don't get a response of fix -- I promise -- I will NEVER - EVER buy another GM-Chevy made car ever again
